Specialising within the tech and digital space, we’ve developed a team of experienced, in-house coaches who ensure your apprentice/s are developing skills that positively impact your organisation.
TDM are unique in that our apprentices will not only have a mentor in the workplace, but two assigned TDM coaches.
Our Skills and Knowledge Coaches are specialists, supporting our apprentices to gain insight and up-to-date skills and knowledge for their specific apprenticeship programme which can be implemented almost immediately, into your organisation and real-world projects.
Our Performance and Development Coaches focus on the softer skills in the workplace, including but not limited to; accountability, autonomy time management and efficiency and confidence.
Individualised learning plans
Every apprentice has a tailored individualised learning plan, which is created through discussions including both yourself as the employer and us as your training provider. This ensures that not only does the Apprenticeship meet the required outlined skills, knowledge and behaviours, but aligns to your organisational needs and requirements.
