Elmrep have been proudly supplying Sharp Printers, Copiers and Scanners in Gloucestershire for almost 40 years, and provide a tailored solution for each client so as they can easily manage accounts and reduce customer printing costs. "We are looking for an Apprentice with an IT related background, or at least so as they know their way around a computer!"Someone who wants hands-on training and isn't afraid to come and get stuck in."The role will involve lifting and carrying, servicing and repairing the machinery, as well as solutions based tasks such as software repairs.""The position is wide and varied, from taking the machine out of the box to Pre-Delivery Install (PDI), plugging the equipment into the customer's systems and print drivers and follow up remote support, with a fifty fifty split between hands on hardware fixing, and IT related software tasks.

You will also be visiting customers with the engineers on live breakdowns and maintenance visits to gain plenty of on-site training.
