Our Apprentice of the Month Award is an opportunity for the spotlight to shine on one of our current apprentices who has worked hard, accomplished, applied themselves or has achieved something fantastic whilst on programme. This is an opportunity to celebrate apprenticeships and their value, not only for the learner but also for the employer and the business they work within.In order to be awarded Apprentice of the Month, learners can be nominated by their TDM coach, other TDM members of staff who have come into contact with the apprentice and also from their mentor, employer or colleagues they work along side.
Our Apprentice of the Month Award for February goes to Jessy McDuff, Digital Marketing Level 3 Apprentice from it’seeze Web Design.Jessy's nomination came from her coach, Jenny Coulson, who wanted to highlight the dedication and motivation she has shown in her Apprenticeship so far.
Jessy has been dedicated and self motivated throughout the whole of her DM3 apprenticeship. She has gone above and beyond to develop not only personally and professionally within her role, but in objectives set for her to complete for the apprenticeship. She is always enthusiastic in every interaction and continuously seeking to improve her knowledge and develop her skills. She has made fantastic progress in her role and developing processes and building client relationships. Jessy is a Gold apprenticeship learner and I believe it would be fantastic for her commitment to her apprenticeship to be recognised.
