As you may be aware, this month is Pride month – an opportunity to further celebrate diversity and inclusivity, acknowledging the contributions of the LGBTQIA+ community to all of society and promoting equal opportunities. Although Pride is just one month, we want to ensure we are working and promoting 365 days a year, both personally and professionally, to ensure that all members of the LGBTQIA+ community feel seen, heard, valued and given the exact same exposure to their career opportunities🤝At TDM, we support equal opportunities for all and we want to state clearly that:• The Tech and Digital sector is for everyone• Apprenticeships are for everyone• Reaching the goals of not just our industry but the nation and the economy as a whole, requires the contributions of everyoneWe are very fortunate to have reached a space where the diversity of those in the LGBTQIA+ community is respected and appreciated and, as a Training provider, we’re well placed to see those from this community thrive in Apprenticeships and further learning opportunities.
