Our Apprentice of the Month Award is an opportunity for the spotlight to shine on one of our current apprentices who has worked hard, accomplished, applied themselves or has achieved something fantastic whilst on programme. This is an opportunity to celebrate apprenticeships and their value, not only for the learner but also for the employer and the business they work within.In order to be awarded Apprentice of the Month, learners can be nominated by their TDM coach, other TDM members of staff who have come into contact with the apprentice and also from their mentor, employer or colleagues they work along side.
Our Apprentice of the Month Award for November goes to Rudi Walters, Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprentice at OGL Software.Rudi's nomination came from his Apprenticeship coaches, Nathan and Mel, who were both keen to express and recognise the great feedback Rudi's mentor is getting from clients, whilst also winning the the employee of the quarter at OGL.

"Rudi has been excelling on the apprenticeship from day one, picking up additional responsibilities with his employer and he is now able to complete site visits and troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.""He has hit every learning objective set by myself and his skills coach Nathan, and takes time to achieve these to a high standard, not just the minimum level expected.""Rudi has been keen to take on any stretch and challenge activities on the course in the way of additional learning, working towards a distinction grade and also on the job training and learning too."
