Our Apprentice of the Month Award is an opportunity for the spotlight to shine on one of our current apprentices who has worked hard, accomplished, applied themselves or has achieved something fantastic whilst on programme. This is an opportunity to celebrate apprenticeships and their value, not only for the learner but also for the employer and the business they work within. In order to be awarded Apprentice of the Month, learners can be nominated by their TDM coach, other TDM members of staff who have come into contact with the apprentice and also from their mentor, employer or colleagues they work along side.
Our Apprentice of the Month Award for February goes to Georgina Carroll, Data Analyst Level 4 Apprentice at Sanctuary Group. Georgia's nomination came from her coach Sarah.
Sarah shares 'Georgina was the first learner I have ever awarded Gold status to at only the onboarding stage. Georgina is the most proactive apprentice I have encountered during my time at TDM, and will likely set a standard now that is hard to beat! We have set Georgina stretch and challenge activities from day 1 to satisfy her hunger for learning, and she still goes above and beyond that with her extensive reading, and motivation for self-learning around the and beyond the curriculum.
Sanctuary have proven themselves to have the very best of mentor support amongst their apprenticeships, with mentors always fully engaged and supportive throughout the journey.'
